What would be some good speakers to put in a 01' Supercab F150? I really dont know much about speakers and stuff. My friend has some MTX 8000 series and they sound really good, but I was just wonderin if anybody had some tips.
Boston Acoustic components have always been my favorites for mids and highs. As for subs, you'll get lots of different opinions. I use 2 10" HX2 Rockford Fosgates in a custom center console pushed by a RF 1001bd amp. I'm sure others will chime in as well. Are you going to replace the whole system, or just upgrade speakers on a factory head unit? Speaker selection will be different depending on which way you go, and how much you want to spend.

I am going to upgrade the whole system and I would like to spend no more than 600 dollars
That's a fairly tight budget. I'd suggest a mid range Pioneer or Kenwood head unit, then the best speakers you can afford with the rest of the money. Hope it helps.

I was talking about 600 dollars for the speakers. I already have a Pioneer 7600 headunit.

Ahh, much easier to work with larger budget...I'd go with the Boston Acoustic Components up front, then regular ones in the back. Just my 2 cents. Good luck!
