Telephone surveys
Do any of you do telephone surveys for like restaurants etc? I actually kinda enjoy doing them. The place that I get my hair cut at has it on the reciept to tell them how your service was. I got a kick out of one I did for a fast food place. It asked more questions about the store than the food. It asked if you ate inside or went to the drive thru. After I pushed that I went to the drive thru, it asked me to rate the cleanliness of the inside. I was like hello, I just told you I wasn't inside!! Then they asked about building appearance on the ouside, parking lot condition, and landscaping. Unusual to ask when you are supposed to be surveying the food, but I suppose they need to get this info from somewhere.
Basically I don't mind doing these, but wondered how you all feeled towards them.

I've filled one out for McDonalds...well me and my brother did.I added to his,he said they need girls dancin on the tables,I said the workers need a cheesy axe grin. Couldn't help it, the girl that waited on us could of been more friendly,or atlest not have such a careless attitude.Mostly did it because we know a manager there.

I filled out 5 of them at a place .
I used Constructive criticism for the neg stuff & Positive feedback where it was deserved.
Michelle also filled a few out.
On Valentine's day we got banned from there.
We spent $3700.00 in that restaurant between Nov 2003 - Feb 14th 2005 .

I don't get many phone tele marketers since that fed act came in but a few slip thru.
I haven't been asked to fill out a Resturant survey but I have filled out their cards that they leave on the table. I tell them the truth in a respectful way but I don't leave my name or number. They don't need them. They always say they won't target you for reprisal but some times they do anyway. I don't want to be stopped at the door and told I'm not welcomed because I told the truth or have a manager spit on my dinner just out of meanest. They can "catagorically denie any knowledge that this ever happens" it all they want but it still happens.
