Well, since my truck was running a while with low oil pressure, now I have a blown bearing. So the question is, whats the easiest way to get to it? Is it all all possible drop the oil pan off to get to it? Or... am I gonna have to do a complete engine pull? Any advice?
Well this my opinion only if you ran with that little of oil pressure for a month as stated in your other post .I'd pull the engine and rebuild or find a donor from the scrap yard and save the labor of a rebuild.
I would rebuild totally not just the bottom end.the valve train was lacking oil too!

if you ran it long enough with low oil press. you could of hurt the camshaft bores in the cyl. heads.there is no bearing in the head the cam could wear the cyl head out to where you might still have a oil pressure lose.if you tear it down check the heads closely.
IMO if you did have a knowing LOW oil pressure problem the truck should have not been moved or started !! I own a 2000 expedition thats every bit "as new " today as it left the showroom BUT i've had my share of problems also !! With the modular engines design and OHC design you MUST pull the engine and go through hell !!! I'm MORE than sure your heads ie-cam bearing's etc have suffered some kind of damage in the process. I really wish you luck, although i also like to turn a few screws myself , this is a task i would not undergo myself !!! GOOD LUCK !!
