yup its just like having the spiders welded but you can turn it off! it'd be nice to have selectables but welded spiders are jsut so much more simple and less to break

Welded spiders are more simple and CHEAPER. ARB lockers are real nice, but are way out of my price rainge.

selectbles are definitly starting to come down though!! you have the arb, e-locker, electrac, the ox locker(well you used to could get it), and the new t-locker. I got a price on an arb and an e-locker for my front 60 th othe day.... 586 for an eaton e-locker, 695 for an arb, and 469 for detroit. seems like with all the different selections now, the prices are coming down(still way high) . Im tring to find an open carrier for my sterling rear, so i can weld it and ell the detroit to help py for a front selectable.

MAN i wish SOMEONE would make a dang spool for the sterling!!!!!

Mini spools completally lock the axle like a spool, but is much weaker, and when it's put in a bind, it will break.
inside you mean? sorry to correct you..

To bad the OX locker wasn't picked up by someother company (i think they are still makin them, unsure of the sompanies fate though), but the cable ativation is the best way i think, no air lines or wires to tear up, granted the cable is still there but its a heck of a lot stronger then an airline.

The only thing about the ox locker is that the cable can get gummed up with mud and dirt and then is hard to engage...but other than that it sounded like it would work pretty good

Good point, but it doesn't take much to rip an air line or wire off, and at least it can still be engaged.

It could still be ripped off, but not nearly as easy.

but if you do rip it off or break something on it, who are you going to call??? I plan to run the wires on the e-lockeralong the axle over to the leaf spring and up it ways, then to the frame
