1997 F150 4.2L Engine swap - doesn't start

We replaced bad engine to another used one, but it doesn't start. The seller told me it comes from a running truck. It has fuel pressure and ignition. Sounds like a computer problem.
Manual transmission. The original has #7k703ba and the new has #rf1l3eba
What is the problem?

Try the old computer. Why did you change the computer too? If it was the same engine all you needed to change was the engine, and maybe swap out the intakes.
