it's true. You need a warrent to search the vehicle if nothing is up. If the officer has a reason to search the car immediately, that is what is known as 'probable cause'. You do have to step out if he asks you. He'll arrest you if you don't, and that's not what you want.

They don't make me think the rest are the same. I know it's probably 1% of them. The problem is when getting pulled over I don't know if I'm getting one of the 99% or the 1%...
