Myspace.com anyone?
Just out of curiosity, I was wondering how many of you out there also happen to be registered at Myspace.com. I never really bought into the whole thing until one of my female friends "forced" me into signing up. Behold! I found about half of my old friends from high school, and a couple from even further back in my past. I also met my current girlfriend on Myspace. I know it's not for everyone, but I sure swear by it.

Actually, just for the heck of it, being free and all, I am tinkering with myspace. I hate blogs, IM, etc, etc, but when you've got one week on land per month, and it's free.....go for it. Hell, there aren't exactly loads of women working on crewboats or drilling/production rigs, so IF I bothered to chill with someone I met on m/s, that's okay.
To illustrate how behind I choose to remain, I don't use the IM/media messaging on my cell phone and I just bought a NINTENDO for $3 at the local thrift store, rather than fool with whatever new system is out now!

i love myspace- i had a ton of people on my friends list but i deleted a bunch, and only keep those i want to keep in touch with. they are friends from highschool, or other people i want to keep in contact with.
