Remote lock ?

Remote lock ?
Got my 99 a few days ago and it has remote locks.Did not get an owners manual yet.Dealer said he'd get me one, but we know how that can go now that he has my money. Thank God for e-bay. Out of curiousity I went looking for the infamous black box. I think I found it. It's under the dash, kinda tucked in behind the E-brake cable. It seems to meet the basic description, little bigger than a pack of smokes with a harness connector on one side. Then I noticed a white with black trace wire about 6 inches long coming out the bottom and goes nowhere. Is this the antenna or is something not connected right ?

Not sure if that's the remote or not, you may want to look in a haynes maual or similar. I'm not sure that the more simple repair manuals like haynes will even have them. Thanks for the link. That'll get me going untill I see what the dealer is really gonna do. Hopefully it'll keep me from asking stupid questions that are explained in the manual.(got alot of them)
