2004 EB Expy heating and ac problem

2004 EB Expy heating and ac problem
I have recently noticed that all but the one driver side vent has stopped blowing air whether it is heat or AC. I can have the fan on high and feel little to no air coming from the 2 middle and passenger side vents. Air does come through the defrost vents and the auxillary vents. Has anyone else experienced this and what could be the cause and cost repairing this.
