99 7.3 losing power

Just wondering if anyone could offer some assistance in diagnosing this truck. The truck dies out after it is warmed up. The truck will run 70 mph and then slowly begins to lose speed and power to the point that it will not pull itself or go and sometimes will even die. I have taken it to the shop and had the codes read in the computer and nothing has come from it. I have had valve cover gaskets checked; the back pressure sensor replaced and tube cleaned; the fuel tank dropped and checked for blockages with no success. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Try changing the fuel filter. Bad fuel can ruin the filter with no "water in fuel" light coming on and no codes. This cured my truck's symptoms just like you're describing.
