i have a 82 f-150 straight six standard trans.it went out on me and i was fixing it but in the process i put all the parts in a cup to finish later and my father in-law throw them in the trash so now i cant fix it. I cant even find a used or new trans they say my truck should not even be standard why?I heard that i can change my truck to aoutmatic. Can this be done and is it hard to do and does it cost alot to do it? Please help me i miss my truck
