PCV Valve Replacement on 2000 2.5L Problem
Today I went to my local Ford dealership to have my PCV Valve replaced for free. In the owner's manual, it says that 2000 Ford Ranger 2.5L have their PCV Valve replaced for free AT 60,000 miles. I was refused the service because I had 60,500 miles on my truck and the dealership said that you have exceeded your warranty by having too many miles. I just want to know did anyone have this similar problem. And is the warranty good up to 60,000 or around 60,000 miles because the wording seems unclear to me.
