I just rotated my tires this morning on my 03 F350 and wanted to check out the bleeder screws cause Im planning on flushing out the brake fluid soon. Then I noticed this nipple on the steering knuckle, what the heck is that for?

Reason: mispelled
When you refer to the steering knuckle what exactly are you referring to? I have heard several different parts referred to as a knuckle depending on who I am talking to.
Also, what does the part you are questioning look like? Like a grease fitting? Like a hose fitting with the hose gone or broken off?
Cant do a pic right now, yes Id say the casting where the axle shaft goes thru. And yes it looks like a bleeder screw but more like a hose nipple with a plactic cap on it, the bleeder screw is next to the brake hose with a rubber cover.
It's possible, but I'm not sure, that you are referring to the connection where the vacuum line for the ESOF would be. Do you have ESOF or manual locking hubs?
