4 wheel drive switch

We heard all about the "rumor" post about switching to 4x4 with the on the floor shifter... now my question is, my 4x4 switch is on my dash and I can just turn it... Whats the best speed to change it if I need to, or is it the same?

2h to 4h at any speed except it is recommended under 50 mph in cold weather. Must be stopped and in neutral for 4L shift in or out.

Jock got it. I think manual says 55mph or under in perfect conditions, 45mph or under on rainy/slick surface. Thats just for going from 2H to 4H.
