I own a 1989 F-150 4x4 with the factory "rally's". I am running Lt235/75R15 Wild Country RVT's. I want to put a 1" or 2" suspension lift and would like to have either 30's or 31's. What is the max width I can fit on the Rally's?
I'm currently running 31x10.5 BFG A/T's on my 93 4x2 with no problems. The rims are the factory steel 15x7. So go ahead and put on the 31's. They should fit with no problems on a 4x4.

Do you have any problems with your tires rubbing on the frame? How "off" is the speedo?
There is a little rubbing on the radius arms when at full lock. Don't forget that I have a 4x2, you may not run into this problem with a 4x4. The speedo is off some, but I'm not sure how much. It's never really bothered me as I usually go with the flow in traffic.
