I am a fan of America, American cars and American trucks and I would REALLY like to see the new Z06 run the Ford that costs so much more. Anyone have the quarter mile times for the GT and the new Z06? I think they both put the German company's Viper to shame.
Jeff, you seem to have a short memory...........remember the $1,000 UNDER invoice or D plan deal a few months back?
Well, I distinctly remember ordering a GT. I have the forged........er, um I mean e-mails from you to verify the order.
So I will be in this week-end with my cashiers check for aprox. $135,000.(about 20K in the sticker?) Please leave the window sticker in the glove box and have the porters push it to the wash rack while wearing gloves with chinchilla fur on the outside.
See you soon

Listen yourself NickFord! GTs, Z06s and Vipers ARE cars! Two are built by American companies and I still would like to see the quarter mile and 0 - 60 times for the GT and the new 7 liter/500 h.p. Z06 Vette. It is reality that the GT will have competition and after the crazies get done buying the first few, Ford will have to rely on competitive performance to sell most of the rest, especially since their price is double that of the new Z06. Once again American iron is heating up the streets and I know you do not fear competition, right?
That car is SO AWESOME. I own one myself... In my Gran Turismo game, that is. Alan Jackson drives one of those things in his music video. Someone call him up and ask him how it was drivin it. This is definately rivaling my dream car between a 1965 Continental with suicide doors
