Which models have Cats, which don't?

Possible double post (sorry, computer problem)

Title pretty much sums up my question...what year models have catalytic converters and which models don't?

I think you'll find different answers depending on where the truck was built for. As in, California trucks have them no matter what year they are.

2002 bought in Georgia does not.

My '02 has one. I think SDs with the ZF6 had them while the autos didn't - I'm talking non-CA.

i believe 94.5 thru 97 had cats but my 95 came from the factory with the sawzall option!!! i love that option!.
