Yeah, lots of variation in weight. Mine is a 2000 F250, so the weight will be different - but maybe not that much.
Mine is a 2000 7.3, 4x4, automatic, standard cab, long bed, XL - power nothing.
The curb weight full of gas was 6440 measured at a local scale. Yours is an OBS, so the weight will vary. But, the point is, the difference between an XL standard cab, manual trans 4x2 and an XLT crew cab 4x4 automatic can be a couple thousand pounds.
'95 F250 power stroke 5 spd 4x2, extended cab, long bed, Putco master boss running boards, aluminum cap on bed (@ 100 lbs), custom rear bumper (@350 lbs additional weight), scale weight full of fuel, me in it (285#) - steer 3420 drive 3160 gvw 6580.
F350 SRW is about 20 lbs heavier, standard cab would probably reduce by 400 - 450, my rear bumper adds 350 to my weight, dually I would guess 500 lbs heavier. 4x4 (you do not say if yours is 2 or 4 wheel drive) adds 450. My guess if yours is dually regular cab 2 wheel drive manual tranny weight is somewhere around 6580 - 350 - 400 + 20 + 500 for 6350 full of fuel. Anything additional for equipment adds to the mix. My weight is with the Power Stroke, in a 94 you may have a Stroke or an indirect injected turbo. I do not think there is much weight difference between them but am not sure. I also do not know what an auto tranny adds.
