Why has this guy put mods on a truck that is so problematic?
He says its been to the shop 6 times in 2 months. THats not the best time to start adding exhaust parts .
It would be more normal for a guy to have problems and then when sorted out to start modding all you want.
And, since he thought the downpipe fitment issue was "BS" why in the world wouldn't you tell the tech guy something when he called you back telling you he had to make some cuttings to make it fit?
I mean your gonns tell that after you spend hundreds at a shop or do it yourself you gonna let another guy charge you money to make cuttings??
Thats not too logical.
You already said it was BS so what gives.
I think what happened here is that the service dept. completely sucks and this guy hapened to not be on top of the ball.
Hey, in aperfect world we as owners wouldn't have to be but with the quality of Ford techs,or rather the inconsistant level of competence with Ford techs an owner has to be in your face involved with who does what.
