What is even worse in my book is here in SD they are legal for use on the streets and freeways. All you need is a headlight, taillight/brake light and mirror. Nuts the things have mudders and trying to operate at speed like a car or motorcycle. Oh and I could go into how I live in the county seat and the LEO's allow golfcarts and minicycles to cruise the streets and state highway thru town.

That is why there are warning labels. They put those labels on thing because someone actually was that stupid.

charles darwin says: In a very real sense, nature selected the best adapted varieties to survive and to reproduce. This process has come to be known as natural selection.

It's a wonder bathtubs don't come with warning lables. Makes me wonder what clown will be the first to sue a tub manufacturer because the failed to warn that that a wet bathtub is slippery and thus dangerous.

It's a law-suit happy world we live in with folks looking for a get-rich-quick scheme.
