First off, Hello to all. I have been registered for a while but this is my first post. Thanks for all of the great info found here.
I dropped my truck off this morning to get the recall taken care of. My truck needs both the FICM and CAC tube. The service writer asked me if I wanted to wait until next month because he just learned of a third recall coming out at the end of June. He did not know the specifics other than it was emissions related.
Anyone else heard about this? I went ahead and left the truck and will deal with the third later if it is announced.
For what its worth, I was told that it is a new flash, the dealers (service departments) have it already but there are a few bugs to work out of it still.

I was told the next recall is an emissions recall involving the replacement of a part, the EBP sensor. This recall may include a reflash. My very reliable source was unsure. Don't expect this recall until July and for what it is worth, Ford would rather you wait to have the current 05S34 and 05B29 recalls performed until all parts for all three are available. This way you only need to go to the dealer once and this would also help scheduling by servicing all of the affected vehicles in as efficient manner as possible. I am currently only servicing trucks with problems and those that are already at my dealer.
