They have a spacer that you can put between the wheels.

F150 Dually conversion?
Oh, I just got a long bed F150 to haul a slide-in camper, and I wanted the extra stability of a dually. I like the look of the Arrowcraft "Maxi" kit, so I will get pricing on it.
