05 Front end conversion?

05 Front end conversion?

i have an 04 F350 and i want to use the 05 grill bumper and headlights. what would i have to do to change to that. is everything else the same? has anyone ever done this?

i think all you will have to do is buy the grill and bumper and dont forget the top bumper pad and the air valence also. that should be all you have to do.
