I've had problems with my 1997 F-150. the power windows, interior lights and a few other small functions have shut down. Everything I've read so far indicates the GEM as the source of the problem. Could someone tell me the location of the GEM for these functions? Thank you.

Hi Storekeeper and welcome 
The GEM bolts to the back of the fuse box under the dash.
To remove it you have to remove the fuse box.
I think that if you do a search in here you'll find some instructions for replacing it.
If you can't find what you need just ask and someone will be able to help.
