windage tray

Was a windage tray a stock item on a 1966 car 390 ?

I'm pretty sure it was 69 when the windage trays came out in the 428CJ/SCJ.

Well I cant remember the exact year the came out? But my Buddies 69 Mach1 scj did have one...Cause I remember his dad wanting me to leave it off..And I argued with him that a street machine should have one on it!! LOL..

I guess someone added the tray to the 390 some time or another.

Not stock on anything in '66. I doubt they existed in '66.

I think they came into being with the Boss 302 and the afoementioned 428SCJ etc.
Most 390's don't spin hard enough to gain from one.

Part number on a windage tray is C9ZZ-6687-A. So '69 is when thay showed up. They will fit all FEs though.
