My best friend operates a Lab Rescue/Kennel in the Mat-Su Valley. For the last year I had "sponsored" one of the many dogs he has. The dog was a 11 yo black lab named Willie. Boy did he ever have a personality. I had taught him how to smile and stick his tounge out. He LOVED to go for rides and when I bought my Ford F250 last Thanksgiving as a B-day/Christmas gift to myself, he "took over the truck". Very protective of it. Well, here last month the unexpected happened..... Willie was finally adopted out. We all thought it wouldn't happen, but it did. I'm glad he's in a permanent home now, but I sure do miss the fella. Can't quite seem to vaccum the front seat to get rid of all his shedding yet. So there you have it.....Williessd250 "Smile Willie "
I simply added "ster to my last name. My last name is unusual enough, I figured, that this screen name wouldn't be taken. My last name is German and is pronounced "mick". It looks funny, but when said correctly, has a ring to it.
