The stock EFI exhaust manifolds flow better than most headers. It's already a split manifold, and because of such is a good flowing system. The problem is the fact that there are two cats in the system. Replace the two with a good high flowing single and it should be fine. Just make sure you get on with the AIR pipe so you can keep your local smog ***** happy.

If I got a high flow cat,itd be like I have no exhaust system because the muffler is nothing but a hollow chamber with a metal "V" plate in it. I just want something to scare them little ricer boys when they pull up next to me,

Find out about your emissions requirements. We don't have checks where I'm at. On my i-6 I got straight pipes, cats ripped out, with a glasspack. You get some nice pops when ya let off the gas. Nice and loud. 4" tips give it a deeper tone too.
