wiper motor

can anyone help me I have a 94 ford f150 6cyl. when I go to use my wipers i have no intermittent its all 1 speed also when I use the washer fluid [which none comes out] the wipers won't shut off I have to turn the ignition key offwhat could be the problem?

While my '94 was under warranty it was doing the same thing, seems to me it took an entire new t/s switch to fix it.
