Of course, your truck is not pre-wired for the DVD system, etc. That's a separate wiring harness that you may have to get from a dealership if you're going to use the DVD system from Ford. Otherwise, your aftermarket stereo install shop will have to rig it along with any aftermarket DVD system you try to put in.

if your truck was not pre-wired from the factory for dvd, i don't believe you can add it. the wiring harness is not available from ford and no one makes an aftermarket one to adapt to the oem radio.
no aftermarket dvd system will connect directly to the oem radio either (no harness available), most are thru fm modulation.
