Tailgate failures?
Was checking out a fellows 04 F-150 super cab on the weekend and noticed damage to his tailgate.He's a flooring contractor and was carrying a load of flooring which extended onto the gate which was in the down position.The outer skin was pulled away from the inner skin.No visible tack welds holding these two pieces together.He went to the dealer, and contacted Ford and neither is willing to replace/repair his gate.Anybody run across this problem?If so what options are avail?
