NGK plugs work well for boost and spray and you can pick them up at most auto parts stores.

I like the Denso's, but at $12 a piece, a little pricey.

Nothing wrong with Motorcraft Copper plugs. I know a lot of boosted guys that run them with no problems. They are less than 2 bucks a piece and you just can't beat them.

I personally would go 2 steps colder, retard the time, and maybe a window switch for safety. And I hope it's a wet kit...right.

I've had some idle/driveability issues with a plug that was two steps colder.

I also used the Ford plugs and blew the spark out at higher RPM's. Tried gapping them closer and that didn't help.

Yeah it is a wet kit and I've been running a 75 shot with the motorcraft plugs.

I went ahead and bought the ngk-7317 plugs off summitracing.com for $2.39 each those should work fine thanks everyone...

I use 0.4mm Denso Iridiums. Not cheap, and need to be replaced regularly, but they work extremely well.
I would really like 2 spark plugs per cylinder, but thats not going to happen, and these do a more than acceptable job.

Check out the 4 electrode plugs. We've never had a problem with "flame-out" at high rpm or boost.

I'm sometimes relectant to provide a little trick like these plugs because it may be the missing variable to allow you to blow it up! but hey, my family and friends did it for me so why not continue the tradition....
