My first post on FTE, My dad gave me his '71 F100 truck, mainly going to be my beater truck, week day driving. Anyway this truck has no power brakes and was wondering if I would be able to add the power booster and master cylinder with some ease. Any and all information will be greatly appreciated
That would be an excellent upgrade and as 4Cammer said, there are good instructions in other posts. Suffice to say, it is a very easy modification. If you have trouble finding the applicable posts, post again and we'll help you out. Good luck.

Where is a good place to buy this conversion kit. I just installed new wheel Cylinders, new shoes , new drums..I should have done this updgrade when I started, but I didnt know. Just need a good company that sells this kit.
kit? you should be able to get the stuff you need from your local parts store. if you just want to add power brakes, and not disks (I strongly recomend you do a disk brake swap) all you will need is a booster, some fuel/vacuum line (to get the vacuum from the manifold to the booster), and some hose clamps. POSSIBLY need to re-do your brake lines from the master cylinder to the residual/proportioning valve.
if you are doing the disk brake swap... a well stocked salvage yard should have all you need. or get with your local FTE chapter and make a bunch of new friends that will come over and help you out. (recommended anyway)
