Kwik, is this the "overboost" i've heard so much about? cause it only throws the lights after i hit above 2500 RPM. will the regulator fix this if it is indeed what it is, or is it my HPOP can't keep up with it.....hence the DTC 1211 "injector reassure..." i think it is....
so when you had the 5.6 in, did you keep getting the CEL coming on all the time and just ignored it? the reason i am only using the 10k is cause i dont have gauges, and i dont want to get them, but i was told on here that if all i have is the 10k then i shouldnt need gauges. i would love to keep the 10k in, but if the stupid CEL is on all the time it could get annoying, what do you think??
all i have is my Pyro hooked post-turbo. going up a hill doing 75-0 with my foot in it the needle hits about 700, never higher. now, that is WITHOUT the 5.6K. i'm gonna try n remember to stick it back in tomorrow and drive it for a few days. the CEL was oinly coming on after i really got into it entering the highway or something like that. high RPM, pushin it. personally, havin that little orange light on bugs me, so i jsut pull of the road and re-start. after that, it runs fine.
thanks for your help red stroker, i think i might put the 10k back in, but this time i just might hook it up to a switch and only use it when i need it. thanks again.
