If you are buying new rotors , unless your current wheel bearings are bad , no need to replace them . Clean them up in some kerosene , dry them off . Check them for discoloration and pitting , if they look fine , repack them and the new hub/rotor . When buying new hub / rotors for a 2wd , the wheel studs come with it . With the 4x4 , the rotors can be seperated from the hubs by knocking out the studs .

From NAPA, you can be assured those prices were for there premium parts in my opinion. You can at NAPA get the second line parts which is equivilent to the other places you priced. The Raybestos you got priced on at Wrenchead is there second line known as Raymold. Raybestos does offer a premium line and you can spot it by the absence of the first two digits of part number for the second line. An example being; 22D6082 second line vs. D6082 first line.This example is true for every brand that does offer a second line alternative.The warranty on rotors remain the same throughout ,however, the warranty on loaded calipers differs by the grade of pad included,hence the major difference in price between NAPA's & others. Also,if I remember right, all NAPA calipers for FORD problematic vehicles contain steel pistons,so you get what you pay for.
Thanks, Phillip. As always, you've been a big help. Guess I'll bite the bullet with NAPA. I'd hate to go too cheap and they are still less than the price of completely new calipers. Also thanks to Jeff for getting me off the dime and saving the money to be able to go with the best parts.
