Alternator question

I've just installed a Randy Ellis light bar along with 4 KC 150 watt Daylighters. When I hit the lights, my dash lights dim a little. I'm also installing a new stereo soon. I will be running one 2x50 amp, and one 4x50 watt amp. My question is will I need to upgrade my alternator. I realize that I will rarely use the KC's. But I want to be sure I have enough power for the lights and the stereo.Thanks. BTW, my truck is a 2003 F250 SC 5.4 4X4.

you may want to consider an oversized alternator but start with an isolator and second battery(suggesting Optima Yellow top), connect your amps and lights to the second battery. that way if you run your second battery dead your truck will still have power to start and run.

I think i'm going to go with a high output alternator. Would Ford have a higher output alternator for my truck or will I have to get one somewhere else. If so, where would you guys suggest? thanks for your help.
