Air management 2 circuit failure? What is it?

A little history, 1987 f-150 fuel injected straight six motor. Recently acquired this truck. I think this code has something to do with the air injection system. I know part of it has been removed because the lines going to the head have been cut and capped. Also i have a push button start switch wired to the solenoid, because the key switch is malfunctioning, and the needlnose pliers got old real quick. now to my question. My ENGINE light came on today and stayed on. So i pulled the codes,67,81,82. 67 is a neutral sumthin problem, which i am guessing is because i have bypassed the start part of hte switch with my switch, 81-82 are Air management 1 circuit failure and Air management 2 circuit failure . CAn anybody tell me what thes mean and where to look to fiix this code? And is it anything to worry about?( will it effect the economics or running of the truck?) And secondly, will starting the truck by feeding the solenoid directly, versud using the key switch, harm anything?

Love the site!! later chris
