Well, my truck has been in the shop for a week now. Amongst oil leaks, etc., they are attributing my loss in fuel mileage to my EGR.
The EGR has been disconnected for most of the time I have owned the truck, and the throttle plate removed. So, should I tell the diagnostics guy that I have had it unplugged and he is probably just reading the error code from having it unplugged, or do you guys think that it is the fuel mileage problem?
Further, should I just leave it plugged in when I get it back?
