That front anti-roll bar with the 1.375" diameter is indeed hollow. Trying to find an aftermarket bushing that goes around it AND can be held in by the stock brackets is nearly impossible. So even if you got the right sized Energy bushing that will go around it, you will STILL need to shim it so the bracket can clamp it.
Energy Suspension had a D-bushing, but it was a monster and included a grease fitting, but mine had good rubber so the slightly under 1/16" shim tightened it up really nice. At this point, there is nothing much further to do unless I want to have the whole front end rebuilt because all the bushings on the suspension brackets (A-frames, brackets, whatever they are called) are looking cracked. Not going to do it. It handles better now, so good enough. The old links were pretty worn, with one rubbing and worn 1/3 the way through the bolt shaft. The Energy Suspension end links are beefy and look very nice installed--much nicer than the bushings that came with my Hellwig bar for the F150.
