Differential tag code?
I just purchased a 9" out of a '77 Country Squire LTD for a project. It has disc brakes.
The tag on the differential is as follows:
WFG - AL1 7CA
3L00 9 022A

Can someone decypher this code for me or direct me to a site that can?

i beleive that you bought a rearand with a set of 3.00 gears and the L indicates a limited slip differential. the 9 indicates a nine in housing.

Thanks, any information about the other data? The seller said it was built in Canada.
