Fan Blower not working

Fan Blower not working
2002 F150 Super Crew, continues to blow fuse # 40 from the fuse box under the hood. When that is blown the blower will not work at all. Have replaced it twice, one it is replaced the blower will wrok for a few days and stop working blowing the fuse again!
Any suggestions would be greatly appricaited.
