valve covers

can someone help me in locating some clevo valve covers - ideally what i want is some covers that will clear roller rockers and are finned and polished does anyone know anyone that sells these

You can buy them from Ford in several styles. Check their performance catalog. You can also find them on eBay. I do not know about Jegs or Summit.

you could try, summit part number FMS-m-6582-a342r, that should be the ford motorsport finned polished valve cover, there are several others but that fits you bill.

SEEN THOSE but not sure as to whether i needed tall covers to clear roller rockers

My "Ford Motosport" cover clear Crane rollers on a 2V head.

My Ford Motor Sport valve covers cleared my FMS roller rockers but the baffles inside them did not. No damage just enough to tick. The clearance was checked before startup but it did not show up until the motor was running. I was using Felpro neoprene gaskets, plenty thick. I have wondered if those engineers at FMS have sat down and tried their designs in combination with each other? No I quit wondering, check it yourself.
