On my 82 F-100 I need to replace the sun visors they are stuck. And can't be moved without tearing it up. Does anyone know where to get a oem replacements or something better?

I have a '83 Ford Bronco that sun visors bugged me becuase they flew in my face when I accelerated because they only connected at one point. My dad got our local mechanic to install new sunvisors from an '88 Ford Bronco and they work great.
