Hi HotLap. I,ve got some pictures in my gallery under "Wifes truck" with a list of tools needed for the install. I also posted directions a month ago on How to do it yourself. It's not too bad of a job.
Thanks guys for the feedback - Lashlaroo those pics really helped!! Now the question is which spacer is best the AutoSpring or the EZ-Lift?
And I'm still having a hard time finding them for sale anywhere can someone point me in the right direction?
thx
Michael - nice toys in your gallery.....I too have the '05 Screw with my '05 Mustang GT as my "toy"
Thanks I'll try it - believe it or not - I've never purchased anything off of e-bay....guess it's time to start!!
Hey HotLap, i got my leveling kit off of Ebay myself. They reference a website extremetrucktoys .com. I think you can purchase directly from them as well. Tools are basic, and you dont need to much experience, in fact, the kit even comes with detailed directions, and pics! (but we're men, who needs directions right?) I had to get my truck aligned as well. The other guys are right, it is only spacers for the front (bolted to the top of the strut) No mods to the rear.
how would it effect my ride, MPG, and towing if I was to install a leveling kit, I pull my boat a lot it does not have that much tongue weight would the truck sag in the back.
