Unhappy Sitting around for a while

hey everyone...i have a 2000 Ford Ranger 2x4 4.0L V6 and i got into some legal trouble in the past few weeks and turns out i may have to take my baby off the road for a while. However this could turn out to be good cause now i can put on some "mods". But up here in NY sometimes the winters are not friendly and was wondering is there anything that i can do so nothing seizes up during the cold months. thanks

Having someone drive it a few times a month would be about the best thing for it. Just a 20-30 minute drive will suffice.

I agree 100% with Bill, I think one of the best things you can do for a vehicle to keep it up to snuff is drive it. In your case, having someone take it for a nice 20-30 spin (with you in the passenger seat if necessary) with some highway speeds thrown in is your best option.
