Workin on makin a V10 crank outta an old 4 banger crank a we speak, jut snuck past the 6 size, just gonna have to get it to strtch out some more counterweights, I'll let yall know how it goes in another few weeks....

This is a 10 year old thread but as an ex crankshaft grinder I can verify cranks bending when laid on a floor. Ours were always hung from the flange.
Some were too long to fit the engines after a few years though
