I have a 1999 F-150 5.4L Extednded cab. The dealer (edited) has (in MY opinion) screwed up a leaking head job very badly and they refuse to honor thier workmanship warranty. Ford customer service has been NO help and they won't give my any contact ph #s to try and get some help from a regional manager or anyone else. The owner of Park City Ford has advised Ford Cust. Serv. that I am not welcomed back in their dealership and they refuse to work on my Truck... They have tried 4 times to fix the oil leak and I not only have a new oil leak they caused (timing chain cover) but they casused a coolant leak (which they said they didn't touch any part of) Please help me with any info or phone #s. Thanks!!!

I agree with Torque1st, either contact another dealer, or contact a UAW office close to your area. There is a dealer panel that can take complaints against dealers, and will help you out.
Is it under extended warranty? If so i would call another dealer and ask for the service manager. I wounder if your auto insurance or another ford dealer will pay for a rential car . I was told that Ford don't own the repair shop ( ford dealers), the ford dealers just pay to use there name(Ford).

There are avenues to resolve warranty issues, but they don't run through the field reps offices until they've gone through other channels first. The owner of Park City Ford has advised Ford Cust. Serv. that I am not welcomed back in their dealership and they refuse to work on my Truck... That is a problem, because it sounds like the whole thing went beyond the point of no return. I doubt they would have advised Ford of anything, unless the truck's still in warranty. Whatever happened, it would have to be pretty extreme to get to that point. Here's the main issue- if the trucks out of warranty, Ford's out of the picture completely. This might be one for the BBB or the State AG, but definitely not Ford.
So have you found other shop that will fix it or will you get another truck? call your states atterney generals office, i think your local senators office can help you to. There job is to help you to contact the goverments offices that you need, this way is free. You could also get one free visit with a lawyer that does causes like this, ask around for a good lawyer. You could also install a rebuilt engine or install an engine from a salvage yard in the meantime. Make double copies of everything you have about this matter. You can write a letter to the local dealership that way you have something in writting to show that they wont go any farther with repairs. You will probably need someone to fix it any write a statement stating what was wrong with the engine. Its a long drawn process and a lot of paperwork and could take a year or more to get any money to repair your engine. Good luck I hope i have helped some. Ps always do everything from now on in writting you need paperwork.
