Yes I used them. Yes I did have cleance issues, but I am running a 360 in a 59 f100, so I can't tell you whether there will be fit probs. They also hang down further than the manifold (that's to be expected, and it brings the collecterscloser to the level of the pipes. They seem to be ok as far as cheap headers go. Gained a tad lowend, a little mid, and noticeable topend. The motor has much more of a freewheel effect and feels like there is less holding it back now that it actually breathes. It also revs out better and much quicker. Made my truck sound so much better, has a mean rap to it above 3000, and has a nice low rumble down low. Not too loud, not too soft. Paint that comes on the headers didn't last at all, you may want to hit it with a good quality paint before installation. I was however overall happy with the headers.

I just installed some Dynomax headers on my '71 F-100 w/360 & C6 this last weekend. I didn't have any clearnace issues. The only thing I have to move is the shift linkage. I can get to drive but not second or first. The rod needs to be bent a little to clear the new collector.
Just my experience...

Have them on my 73 f100 but it's a 4x4. These use a slip tube down near the bottom that was a little bit of a problem to get to seal but the fit is ok. I can even r&r the starter without removing them.
