It started to rain so i was pretty much done working... went to the dental office, got Xrays done ( $37.00 ) they sent me to another doctor, he juiced me up with novacaine, and pulled her out. not too painful, and went very quick. that was another
$135 bucks. i cant complain right now, but i hope it doesnt hurt once the novacaine wears off..
THANKS TO EVERYONE FOR THE ADVICE. i appreciate it very much
quick story- the nurse said she use to work for a doctor who has a patient come in...
the patient couldnt stand the pain anymore, so she took a small pistol, and SHOT OUT HER OWN TOOTH!!! of course, causing more damage...

OMG, ROTF... Never data a woman with scared cheeks. I wonder if she had the sense shoot from the inside out. My sister had some great stories from when she was a nurse in an emergency room.
I had an impacted wisdom tooth about 15 years back, it was decayed and crumbling and started to send phantom pains along my jaw so that it actually felt like it was a differnt tooth that was hurting. I finally went to the dentist and he took some X-rays, found everything else in good shape. So we decided to get the bad tooth out of there. I didn't want the laughing gas, I had some work done with it many years ago and it really weirded me out. He just squirted in the Novecaine (sp?) and then had to chisel the sucker out in pieces. Not really as bad as it sounds! Cost? About 90 bucks total.
Then, a few years ago the other one broke through the gum and started to rot, same thing all over again. Different town, different dentist. It was so unusual that this guy had to bring everyone in the office in to show them my tooth before he and his assistant chiseled it out. It was not a pleasant experience! -TD

You know I always wondered if that happend to other people. I was put out twice with that stuff when I was a kid ( early teens ). I have never done drugs, outside of alcohol, but the best way I could describe it is a VERY BAD TRIP on LSD. I mean the really bad -- like you died and went to Hates.
It was really strange. When he started to drill, it felt like giant hand was pushing me down into a deep well, and when he stopped I'd float back up to the top. It wasn't a pleasant sensation, and the memory of it is still with me to this day. I too have never been a drug user, if it's anything like that, I sure as heck don't wanna be! -TD
