c6 dipstick questions
Is there a difference between engines and vehicles, or will most an C6 dipstick work? The top came off of my dipstick (sounds like a personal problem:-)

If it matters, I'm running a 69 F250 with an FE engine (360, 390, 428)

I do know that the LOKAR braided C-6 tranny mount dipstick assy. won't fit my truck because it places the handle too far down for me. I have a 3" body lift and that may be the problem. Send a PM if you can't find anything else.

C6 dipsticks can be very short all the way to very long depending on application. I wouldn't even try to guess how many variations there are. Take the remains of your old one to a wrecking yard and find one as close as you can.
