Yea, 8-10 would be a good place to start. You have a
good bit of leeway...If you want max power, roll it back
to about 6 btdc or so, and see if it pings...It might...Then
just roll up a bit at a time, until it quits pinging. That would
be the best setting for the gas you are using.
Overall, I've found 8 btdc to be a good average setting for my
carbed 300 and 240. But if it pings, roll up to about 10. MK
